The unrelenting COVID-19 global pandemic is wreaking havoc in a myriad of ways and has touched nearly every segment of society.
Add to this dynamic the fact that, unlike other types of crises family businesses may experience, the all-encompassing nature of the pandemic is disrupting the lives of your family members, employees, clients, customers and their families, as well, elevating their levels of stress and anxiety.
This session will explore strategies for mitigating the adverse impacts of these unusual times on stress levels, and the health and well-being for you, your individual family members, and your family as a whole, as well as your employees and businesses. The session will explore the value of:
• Self-care for you as a leader and practices you may want to consider.
• Redefining and reframing “VUCA” to leverage the resiliency of business-owning families.
• Using a lens that encompasses the multiple dimensions of health and well-being, and approaches to strengthening each.
